• I have purchased the class, how do I access the classroom?
  • You will receive an email from coloredpencilclasses.com with information about your account and how to log in. Please read it carefully as you will be locked out after a few unsuccessful attempts with incorrect info.
  • Once you are logged in, you will be directed to your own personal classroom.
  • Please allow us a little extra time to add you to the classroom, especially nights and weekends.

• Can I get a refund?
  • No, all purchases are non-refundable.

• How can I access my classroom?
  • You must be logged in. If you have saved your login in your browser, you can click on ‘YOUR COURSES’ to access your own personal classroom.

• Are supplies included?
  • No. Students are responsible for their own supplies and materials. A supply list is included with the printable instructions.
• Are there instructions to go with the video?
  • Yes. Written instructions which contain many images along with a large photograph.
• Must I have good drawing skills to paint the class projects?
  • No, a drawing template is included with the instructions.
• Where can I find these instructions?
  • The PDF is on Lesson 1 of any of the video classes.
• Can I download and save it?
  • Yes. The PDF can be downloaded, saved to your hard drive and printed.
• Can I watch on my iPad or other tablet?
  • Yes, you can watch on any and all devices.
• How long will I have access to the video classes?
  • Duration may vary but many classes will have lifetime access. (As long as I own ColoredPencilClasses.com)
• Can I download the video?
  • No, videos are not downloadable but with lifetime access you can just return here and view at any time, day or night, on any device.
• Am I allowed to share my login and password with friends?
  • No. The courses are priced reasonably and we have worked very hard to give you an inspiring tutorial. Please have your friends buy their own class. Thank you for honoring this request.
• Critiques/Feedback are offered through a closed Facebook group. You must have a Facebook account and ‘Friend’ me to be added to the group.
  • You may leave the group at any time.
